Hi there! A new Wednesday Sketch Challenge is up on the MFT Blog and today I’d like to share a new card inspired by this week’s sketch featuring the Sweetest Somebunny stamp set.
The adorable bunnies of this set along with the beautiful wildflowers and grassy landscape are just perfect to create happy spring scenes, don’t you think? :)
I started to work on this card by stamping a floral pattern on a card base, using the smaller stamps of this set to create a custom background. I used Lemon Chiffon and Peach Bellini for the flowers and Limelight for the foliage.
Then, I die-cut two stitched panels using the large and the medium shapes from the Blueprints 33 Die-namics and stamped a background scene on the smaller one.
I stamped one of the three cute bunnies included in the set and colored it with Copic markers. next, I die-cut it using the coordinating die.
Finally, I heat embossed the sentiment in white on a strip of Sour Apple card stock and mounted it on my scene along with the sweet bunny.
Are you ready to play along with us? :)
Check out the MFT Blog for all the details about the challenge and more inspiration from the DT.
Thank you so much for stopping by!
Happy crafting!
