Hi there! :)
I have a shadow box card to share with you today, showcasing the amazing Waving Elements and Sea Charms die sets, from the gorgeous Summer 2022 Collection by ModaScrap.
First of all, I created the shadow box structure with some Pastel Tiffany Double Face card stock and used Pastel Blue, Pastel Royal Blue and Pastel Ocean Double Face for the remaining stacked layers.
Next, I die-cut the curvy shapes included in the Waving Elements die set from the blue layers, obtaining a really cool depth effect, and mounted them into my shadow box card, equally spaced.
Then, I used the beautiful Sea Charms set to die-cut all the sea-themed embellishments that I used to embellish my shadow box card, mounting them at different depths to provide the perfect pop of interest and increase the 3d effect of this project.
I used several Double Face card stock colors for the charms: Pastel Blush for the shells, Pastel Coral and Pastel Peach for the corals, Pastel Yellow for the starfish, Pastel Green and Pastel Light Sage for the algae, Pastel Green and Pastel Sand to create the turtle and, last but not least, white card stock for the fishes.
This amazing shadow box folds flat in order to fit an envelope, but pops up immediately when it comes out of it, revealing all its layers and dimensions. Such fun!
Finally, I used one of the sentiments from the Sunset on the Beach Die Cut set and some sea stars die-cut with the Sea Charms set to embellish my card’s front panel, finishing its look off to perfection.
Thank you so much for stopping by! Hope you like it!
Have a nice day!
