I have a new card to share with you today, showcasing the Floral Reflection Etched Dies, one of the wonderful products from the brand new Floral Reflection Collection by Spellbinders.
This new set consists of 12 beautiful cutting dies with which you can create amazing clusters of floral blooms, accents and more! There are so many options in this beautiful set!
I started to work on this card by die-cutting the flower stems and blooms. First of all, I die-cut two bases (or stems) out of green card stock and all the flower layers out of several shades of pink, yellow and blue card stock. Then, I carefully layered the flower blooms and adhered them on the bases. I also added some details with a white gel pen to provide the perfect pop of interest.
Finally, I glued the floral clusters on a heavyweight vellum panel and mounted it in the middle of a card front.
I finished off the card by adding a stunning foil accent with one of the sentiments from the Glimmering Just for You Hot Foil Plate & Die Set. I used the Glimmer Hot Foil System and a piece of Glimmer Hot Foil Roll – Matte Gold to foil the sentiment on a white card stock strip and added it to my project to finish its look off to perfection.
