My Favorite Things DT - Icing on the Cupcake Card Kit

For today’s card I used the Sugar-Coated Sentiments stamp set and the amazing Cupcake and Sprinkles Die-namics.

I started by die-cutting the delicious cupcake out of colored card stock using the Cupcake and Sprinkles Die-namics. Here I used Natural card stock for the cupcake base and Cotton Candy card stock for the top. I also die-cut a bunch of dot sprinkles out of Heavyweight Translucent Vellum and three candles out of Smooth White card stock.
Next, I added some details and shadows on my die-cut pieces using Copics and assembled the cupcake.

I stamped the sentiment, from the Sugar-Coated Sentiments, on a patterned paper panel and used it as a ground layer for my sweet cupcake.
Finally, I foam mounted the patterned paper panel and the cupcake on a card front and added a bunch of sparkling clear sequins as embellishment.
