Hi there! It’s time for a new sketch challenge on the MFT Blog and today I’m sharing a new project, inspired by this week’s sketch, featuring the adorable BB Snow Buddies stamp set and the gorgeous Impressive Snowflake Die-namics.

To begin, I used my hot foil machine to create a stunning foiled background. Here I used a rose gold foil and the resulting effect is really impressive! ;)
Next, I die-cut a tag using the Gift Tag Die-namics and a couple of snowy hills from the Snowy Hillside Die-namics. I ink blended two shades of blue ink over the tag using a blender brush and added some white splatters on it to create a snowy effect.
I stamped the cute snowman from the BB Snow Buddies stamp set and colored him with Copics before die-cutting it using the coordinating die.
Then, I trimmed the hills down to match the size of the tag and mounted them on it using foam tape for dimension.
Finally, I heat embossed the sentiment in white on a strip of Pineapple card stock and added it to my card, along with a bunch of sparkling clear sequins as embellishment.

It’s your turn now! I hope you’ll play along with us! :)
Check out the MFT Blog for all the details about the challenge and more inspiration from the participating design team members.
