Hello and welcome back! It’s Day 2 of the MFT March Release Countdown and today I have a cute card for you, highlighting the Painted Petals stamp set and other fun products.
I started to work on this project by stamping all the amazing flowers using Ripe Raspberry, Pineapple, Summer Splash Premium Dye Ink and some leaves with Sour Apple Premium Dye Ink. Then, I cut them out with the coordinating dies.
I masked an A2 panel and stamped a floral leaf pattern on it, using Grout Gray Premium Dye Ink, before die-cutting it using the peek-a-boo stitched circle from the Rainy Circle Die-namics.
I ink blended some Abandoned Coral Distress Ink on a card base and stamped some white dots on it using the BG Card-Sized Confetti Background and Sweet Tooth Pigment Ink.
Next, I mounted the die-cut panel and all the flowers on my card base using foam tape for dimension. I also added a curious kitten popping out of the window. :)
Finally, I heat embossed the sentiment in white on a strip of Sour Apple Card Stock and mounted it on my card, too.
