My card for today’s New Product Launch celebration features the amazing BB Hug It Out stamp set and the Sending You Hugs Die-namics.
I started by stamping the group hug image with Milk Chocolate Hybrid ink and colored them with Copic Markers. When my coloring was completed, I cut it out using the matching die.
I used one of the grassy edges from the Slimline Grassy Hills Die-namics to die-cut the ground layer and ink blended it with green ink. For the background, I ink blended two shades of yellow ink on a white card stock panel and used the Brush Spatter Background to add interest and texture on it.
Then, I adhered the background panel on a card front and mounted the grassy layer on it, using foam tape for dimension.
I die-cut the bold sentiment, from the Sending You Hugs Die-namics, out of white card stock and patterned paper and glued each patterned paper letter slightly off-centered from the white ones, creating the appearance of a drop shadow. Next, I heat embossed the first part of the sentiment on a Natural card stock strip and added both of them on the upper part of my card front.
I finished off the card by adding the sweet stamped image below the sentiment along with a couple of tiny hearts as embellishment. Aww, so cute!
