I have a fun, interactive project to share with you today featuring the adorable Hop, Flip and a Jump stamp set and Die-namics along with the awesome Interactive Up & Down Die-namics.
This new interactive design creates a seesaw motion for opposing die cuts, adding a coordinated leaping effect to your cards! Such fun!!
To begin, I die-cut all the pieces of the Interactive Up & Down Die-namics out out of white card stock. Assembling the mechanism was pretty easy: you just need a mini brad to connect the pieces together and a couple of Spin and Slide Discs to make the mechanism move smoother.
Next, I stamped and colored all the images with Copic Markers and die-cut them using the coordinating dies. Then, I mounted them on the interactive panel using foam tape for dimension.
I heat embossed the sentiment in white on a strip of Blue Yonder card stock and added it to my scene, too.
Finally, I mounted the interactive panel on a slightly larger card base using a double layer of foam tape to let the mechanism work smoothly.
