Today I’m back with the newest MFT Color Challenge! Such fun!
This challenge features Grout Gray, Blu Raspberry, Sour Apple and Wild Cherry.
My card, inspired by this week’s color combination, features the amazing BB Sweater Weather in the Woods stamp set and Die-namics.
To begin, I stamped all the characters with Milk Chocolate Hybrid ink and colored them with Copic markers – following the color combination of this challenge – before die-cutting them using the coordinating dies.
Next, I used one of the smaller stamps from the set to create a colorful background pattern and mounted it on a Grout Gray card base.
Finally, I heat embossed the sentiment in white on a strip of Sour Apple card stock and added it to my card along with all the other elements. I used foam tape to pop the vellum circle up, adding dimension to my project.
