Today I’m back with a card for MFT April Release Countdown Day 2. Don’t forget that all the new products will be available for purchase on Tuesday, April 13 at 10:00 am EDT.
I have a cute card to share with you today featuring the gorgeous Tweet Memories stamp set and Die-namics.
To begin, I stamped the beautiful birds on a swing from the Tweet Memories stamp set and some florals from the Spring Songbird stamp set. Then, I used the coordinating Die-namics to cut them out and colored them with Copic Markers.
I die-cut a circle window out of a white card stock panel, using the Stitched Circle Shaker Window Die-namics, and foam mounted it on a regular sized card base made with Kraft card stock. I also added a Heavyweight Translucent Vellum in between to soften the color of the card stock behind the window.
I heat embossed the sentiment in white on a strip of Sour Apple card stock and mounted it on my card front, trimming down the excesses on both sides.
Finally, I added the two birds sharing a swing and all the florals to complete the look of my card, creating a cute scene.
