I have a rainbow card to share with you today, featuring the amazing Miss You Die-namics, the Heart Burst Hellos Die-namics and the Heart Burst Hellos stamp set.
To begin, I used all the card stock colors included in this kit and cut a slim strip out of each sheet. Then, I adhered the strips, side by side, on card front to create a rainbow background.
Next, I used the Heart Burst Hellos Die-namics to die-cut a beautiful heart shape out of Heavyweight Translucent Vellum and glued it in the middle of my card front, in order to mute the colors of the background strips where the main sentiment will be positioned and to add extra interest.
I die-cut the word “YOU” several times out of each colored card stock sheet, using the Miss You Die-namics, and stacked all the die cuts up for dimension. Plus, if you look at the card from the side you can notice all the gorgeous rainbow colors stacked up.
Finally, I heat embossed the second part of the sentiment in white on a strip of Lemon Drop card stock and mounted it on my card front, along with the die cut hand-lettered word to complete the look.
