Sweet Interactive Card

Hi there! I usually treat myself buying stamps or craft supplies but this time…I went to Purple Onion Designs’ bakery! Yuuummmm!! :D

For today’s project I made an interactive card featuring some adorable stamps of hometown buildings. I stamped the Bakery image with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and used my MISTI to stamp the other buildings in the same position both on my background and on my front panel. Since I wanted to keep the focus on the bakery, I stamped the other images with Altenew Evening Gray ink, giving them a softer look.

I colored the main scene with Copic markers and blended some Cracked Pistachio Distress Ink to create clouds, using the Cloud Stencil from My Favorite Things.
Finally, I ink blended my front panel with Wild Honey Distress Ink and die cut it using Blueprints 28 Die-namics from My Favorite Things.

For the sentiment, I heat embossed one half on a kraft cardstock banner (cut with a banner die included in the Blueprints 28 set) and stamped the other half inside the window with Memento Rich Cocoa Ink.

Thanks for stopping by!
