Hi there! This project features a funny hedgehog from the Cheerful Hedgehog stamp set. I must say that I really love this set from Gerda Steiner Desings collection!!
I wanted to create an autumnal scenario as a perfect background for my cheerful little friend, so I stamped some leaves with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored them with Copic markers. Then I cut three stripes from a white card panel and masked my foliage background with it, adding a piece vellum between them to create a smoother effect.
I stamped the hedgehog and colored him with my Copics, trying to add a bit of texture on his stiff hairs.
I mounted the hedgehog on my front panel, adding some falling leaves behind him to enrich the scene.
Finally, I chose a happy wish to complete my card. I stamped it in black and customized it a bit adding some outline colors.
