Hi there! Mass-producing card is not my business, I usually don’t do it so often, but…when your mum asks to make cards for all her firends’ birthday, it’s time to create a clean & simple design, easy to reproduce.
For this set of cards, I used Fresh Cut Florals and More Fresh Cuts stamp sets, both from WPlus9, to create bright floral wreaths (btw…I think they are the very first sets I bought). I stamped the solid images directly on my card base with vibrant colors, trying to enrich the wreaths with flowers and leaves.
For the sentiments, I used Creative Cuts Birthday Script and Happy Script from Mama Elephant. I die cut each script several times, stacking them together to create thickness.
To create a colored first layer, I die cut each sentiment off a piece of ink blended and splattered cardstock (made with Wild Honey and Cracked Pistachio Distress Inks).
Finally, I embossed the second part of them on kraft paper.
I mounted each sentiment on a vellum circle (die cut with Die-namics Stitched Circle STAX from My Favorite Things) and added them in the middle of my wreaths.
I also made a second design, with a flower diagonal design instead of a wreath.
Thanks for stopping by!
