Hello and thanks for stopping by! Today I’m back with a huge Christmas project I made highlighting some of my favorite stamps from Purple Onion Designs. It was a lot of work, I admit it, but I’m really happy with the result! :)
This year I decided to make rainbow-colored boxes – just to add some extra joy to my Advent Calendar. Hope you like it!
I chose 25 shades of colored cardstock from the Premium Smooth Solid Cardstock pack by DOCrafts and die cut every paper using the Gable Box Creative Cuts from Mama Elephant.
Then, I stamped different textures on each box using Versamark Ink and a huge variety of background / border stamps from different companies.
For decorating the boxes, I stamped all the Purple Onion Designs’ cute images with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored them with Copics. I fussy cut all of them and created 25 little scenes to complete the boxes. I only used some snowy hills as background, which I die cut with Landscape Trio Creative Cuts by Mama Elephant.
Finally, to embellish my boxes I added sparkling clear sequins here and there, a few droplets (from Pretty Pink Posh) and added Wink of Stella on some details for shimmer.
