Hi there! Today I’m happy to share with you a project featuring an awesome stamp set from Waffle Flower Crafts.
For this card I decided to get out of my comfort zone and tried a mixed technique: no-line Copic + pencil coloring. I must say that I really liked it a lot, it was so much fun!
I stamped all the images with Memento Desert Sand Ink and added a first soft layer of color with my Copics. Then, I went in with my Polychromos pencils adding a second layer and, above all, textures to my stamped images.
I stamped and colored the wreath directly on my card base, while I fussy cut and mounted all the other elements on my front panel.
I heat embossed half of the sentiment on a strip of black cardstock and stamped the other half inside my card.
To finish, I die cut my front panel using Die-namics Die-namics Wonky Stitched Rectangle STAX from My Favorite Things and mounted it on a ink blended card base, created using Wild Honey Distress Ink over the Tiny Bubbles Stencil by Altenew.
As final touch, I added some sparkling clear sequins here and there as embellishment.
Thanks for stopping by!
